Membership of Top 15 international association of independent professional services firms expands Cogesten SFEC’s reach to 60 countries worldwide.

16 November, 2017 – Alliott Group (https://www.alliottgroup.net) has moved to strengthen its European membership with the appointment of Cogesten SFEC in France, a 120-employee accounting firm which has seven offices in Paris, Northern France and the Burgundy region in east-central France.

Cogesten SFEC has joined Alliott Group to broaden the range of services available to its French client base across the world. The firm advises SME companies across a diverse range of sectors, but also local subsidiaries of publicly traded companies and private individuals.

Marc Botbol, President, comments: “Over the years, we have grown organically, but also through acquisition – joining Alliott Group represents an important next step in our future strategic development. Membership enables us to provide the services our clients need to get to their next level in the international market, while enabling the firm’s owners to retain full control of the firm.”

Alliott Group’s CEO, James Hickey, comments: “Cogesten SFEC’s appointment adds considerable strength to our presence in the European accountancy marketplace and in-depth knowledge of the French business market. The previous Alliott Group member firm in France was one of our co-founding firms, but we are very confident that Cogesten SFEC, fronted by international contact partners Marc Botbol and Stéphane Melloul, will benefit from the same opportunities to develop their visibility, reputation and business through the years so that they can move to their next level. The signs are already extremely positive, with the firm having received a significant number of referrals in the months before and since their official joining date.”

Cogesten SFEC provides clients with a wide range of accountancy, audit, tax, advisory, M&A, payroll and company secretarial services. According to Stéphane Melloul, CEO/Chef d’Entreprise, a growing proportion of the firm’s clients are needing services to be provided in different locations in Europe, North America, Israel and Asia: “We have informal contacts around the world, but membership of Alliott Group now puts significant resources behind our international value proposition. Our clients can count on services from other professional advisors in many of the world’s major cities that will be provided with a high level of personalisation and efficiency.”

Alliott Group is targeting the further development of its European membership in regions including Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Baltic region.
